Each Mule Deer comes with a USA Made, custom MKC Kydex sheath

The sheath features a built-in retention screw that customizes blade tension and allows for handle-down carrying. The Mule Deer sheath comes with a custo, Kydex clip that allows you to carry your knife on a pack or belt loop, either horizontally or vertically. It’s secure, durable, and ready for the backcountry.

The sharpening choil and finger guard redesigned for superior field performance

Tight, straight-down choils can catch on hides and guts during critical slices, while inadequate guards allow fingers to ride up onto the blade during heavy cuts—especially when you’re cold, fatigued, or working fast. The Mule Deer’s swept-forward choil eliminates hang-ups while still providing a defined stopping point for sharpening, and the generous, fully sculpted finger guard drops down from the handle for added safety and control.
