It is built with a powder-coated, heavy-duty, 16-gauge steel body and a double-thick 8-gauge steel door to thwart unauthorized access. The safe’s flush-mounted door, equipped with four one-inch diameter locking lugs, prevents unwanted entry.
A battery-operated programmable electronic lock and discrete keyed backup offer quick valuables access. Its illuminated keypad allows access anytime, even in complete darkness. An integrated interior LED automatically lights the interior, aiding visibility. The adjustable shelf and safe interior are covered in a protective carpet offering flexible storage configurations while protecting the contents from damage.
The Fireproof Keypad Safe weighs 49-pounds allowing installation anywhere in the home. It also includes concrete anchor bolts for permanent mounting and enhanced security. In the case of fire, the safe protects contents for 30 minutes at up to 1,400°F.
